redbus.in and VRL

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: redbus/ VRL travels

I have booked a ticket on redbus.in for VRL service.
They mentioned that I need to reach the boarding point ten min before. So did I.

But the VRL bus changed the boarding point or missed me, and they havent even call me . Inspite of repeated calls to redbus and VRL I was on the road for 2hrs. redbus is not responsible of the journey and VRL wont call passengers at their boarding points. Then who is responsible for my problem.
