I booked tickets through Red Bus on 12th Aug’18 for a travel that i planned on 22nd Aug’18. Ticket number – TM9985339741, PNR – 93TY757R, Travels – MKT Travels.
Today (22nd Aug’18) at 10 AM, i got a message saying my tickets were cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and no alternate bus / arrangements were done by Red bus. This is such a short notice and even i cannot make any alternate arrangements as tickets were booked for 3 PM . I called up red bus customer care and the lady to whom i spoke to just kept saying sorry. She upfront told me that only a feedback can be taken and no alternate arrangements could be done. This is causing a lot of inconvenience for us, as the intimation was not even given a day before and no alternate arrangements were made also. The lady from customer care was just saying that the money will be refunded back, but how will that help us travel today. Red bus should compensate double the amount of my actual ticket cost for the inconvenience they caused or pay the extra amount of the tickets that i booked again for my today’s travel. Please help me with this request.
