Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd./Broad Band Service
This is to inform you that, I had bought a Tikona connection in Jun-11 (details at the end of this email). However, due to connection problems I requested a surrender of the same in Aug-11 which was not respected and later in Oct-11 after continuous requests for closure, the connect was closed post a full and final payment of Rs. 2,200/-. I have an email confirmation from the Nodal Officer confirming that the account is settled and connection is closed.
However, I am unable to understand why after almost 10 months of account settlement, I am again tortured with collection calls. People from Tikona have even come to my house and have DEMANDED payment which I have already made.
I tried on a number of occasions to contact the Tikona customer care. I am greeted with a smile but the moment I give out these details and request them to stop the collection as it is closed, all i get is a HANG-UP on me.
I request you to kindly look into this and help me resolve the situation as the the water is under the bridge now.
I have all the supporting documents and emails that will affirm my statements.
