Recived puma shoes with bigger size and which are significantly different from shown in the pics

Hi,

Myself Dhirendra Upadhyay ,i had ordered puma Black canvas hip hop shoes from shopclues on 5th April.

It took them 10 days to deliver the shoes and i recieved it on 15th but the shoes is bigger in size i had mentioned my foot size but some how its bigger plus it does not match with the pics that were shown wheni was purchasing it..

i tried calling the customer care butthey just keep you on hold and no one answers the call.

I tried complianing via mail..they said they have raise a ticket and will get back to me..but its almost 4-5 days i diont recive any concreate response from thier side.
