Hi i have ordered a silai machine from Naaptol.com after watching their add in Television. Order Details are as follows:-
Order number :-3806461
Booking date :- 13/04/12
Delivery Date:- 21/04/12
Order booked on the name of Raghvendra Saran Agarwal
They told us that order will be delievered through courier and if not satisfied with the product. Your money will be returned within 15 days of purchase.
But They sent it through VPP and that too a defective piece. When we called customer care they misguided us for about 10 days. and when i dropped a mail to them than they told me to return the product through courier. and it will take around 20 days to return the money after receiving. But as being felt cheated and having lack of believe on them we asked them to take the siali machine back and return the money in cash.
They refused to do the same.
Kindly help us in this matter as we have doubt that even we send the product back it is highly possible that they will took both the things silai machine and the money too.
Kindly help me to get my money back.
