T-Pad IS701R / INVOICE No. C14533 dt. 2nd June 2012; Order No. PENT0080370.
The product recieved through courier could not be made ON at all. As advised by Customer Care, the product was taken to its Authorised Service Centre at Sec 29 HUDA Market, Faridabad, Haryana. Service Centre had then take 2 days to raise DOA for replacement of the product. The Customer Care has shown utmost unresponsiveness towards replacement of the product. Each time they direct me differently & never give a reply to my e-mail. I have least confidence/ hope that they would replace the product. This is my prayer to your Honour to bestow justice on me and prevent people being harassed at the hands of PANTEL TECHNOLOGIES; E – 33, SECTOR – 63, NOIDA – 201301 (UP)Ph. 0120- 4805200.
