I have taken a voucher recharge but the no.s on it was not printed properly.When i scratched that voucher the last 3 digits were invisible.I have complained many a times in the customer care & also have put a compalint mail but there was no reply.The retailer from where i have taken the voucher says that all the vouchers received from idea company are not printed properly & all consumers are facing this kind of problem.Please guide me.
