Recharge related complain

Name of company/service: Reliance

Dear Customercare,

I have recharge with Rs.59 after going through the reliance website and I have receive a message stating that i have got Rs.49.51 balance. But i have seen that there is no balance coming in my account. I have called to 198 customer care, they told that i could net get any balance and that’s a wrong recharge.
Kindly refund my amount or provide full talk time. I will not accept anything. For further i need to go consumer court.
