Hi,

I have been recharge rs98 to my number 9786883688. I got recharge successful message from Idea cellular site, even though amount could be charged from my main account. Last month also this problem happened in my number . Since i changed in my network from vodafone to idea i am faced lots of problems. Every month i am facing these kind of problem and need to contact your people but they could’t respond properly even their nodel officer. This is the way of your service provide by them to customer. Its totally waste network. Even they have problem with their side, they does’t return our money.
