Name of company/service: Tata Sky
I rechrged my account for Rs601 on 11th of july but for two months validity but all the amount deducted for the supply of setup box. I have contacted several times to customer care but each time they promise me that it will be resolved in hours, but even after one week of followup they are not refunding and I had to recharge it again. Please help
