Name of company/service: Airtel digital service
On 12-12-11, I had puchased airtel digital tv. I was given a id for recharge which was wrong.I recharged my airtel tv on 27.03.2012 . I gave rs 320/- to an airtel employee who after two days of giving the money informed me that my id was wrong and money will not be easily refunded. The service is the worst part as they employees dont pick there phones , and when they do they are saying that it was our fault.
