I recharged my reliance gsm no 7827555330 on 11th april 2013 at 10:30am for rs 247 in which i was supposed to get 150rs promoitional2 balance & 1 gb 3g net but till now i have neither got any balance nor net pack.when i consulted this to r world they told me to give me transaction id no of retailer then i regestered you complaint… I am in big delimma..they both are making fool of me…plz registr my complaint and take some neccessary action…i will b thnkful to u.
