Name of company/service: Airtel Chennai
Even though I have registered my mobile in DND in 2010.I am still receiving number of unsolicited promotional calls to my mobile.When contacted the customer care,Nodal and the appellate authorities,They are saying that they have sent a warning to the violator but I wont be compensated in any way.
Please suggest me the proper way of filing a complaint with consumer redressal forum so that I will be compensated for the mental agony and the inconvenience caused,
