Name of company/service: Sterling Honda & Honda
I purchased Honda DIO 2012 on 12thMay 2012 by paying full amount in cash. I received messege stating that my vehicle is ready for delivery. When I took delivery I found that it is without number I was told that there is nobody to paste number on numberplate. I was asked to take delivery. After taking the delivery I found that the Fuel Gauge is not working even after filling maximum petrol to the vehical. I again took my Dio to the sterling Honda, but they said they are helpless as it is manufacturing defect and it will be taken care only during first servicing. Now even after first servicing my Dio is in the same condition with unreplaced fuel gauge for non availability of fuel gauge. The sterling Honda people are rude enough in their behaviour negelecting me saying that its Honda`s responcibility to arrange for the spare part.
Now Honda is having new advertise stating “Sapne Kare Sakar”, but the fact is that if they cant satisfy minimum quality checks, how they are going to fulfil our dreams.
