RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD BILL WITHOUT RECEIVING THE CARD

Name of company/service: ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD

Dear Sir/Madam

On 23rd May 2013 received a call from 033-60500102 for issuing an credit card of ICICI Bank. An sms from the same number was sent to submit all relevant documents to the mail id [email protected]

All required documents was sent on the same day i.e. 23rd May 2013.
After few days, verification calls were made and confirmation for residence & office address was take.

Till date I have not received any card.

However, on 10th june13, I received credit card statement in my mail id and reminder sms at my mobile number.

This is ridiculous. How can they issue a statement without issuing me the card.
