I have Bought indudual house @ ponniaamman Nagar Karayanchavadi , Poonamlee from JMR Bulders (Mangadu) ,
All the Documents which he gave was Duplicate , no Proper Document gaven , and he Bribed bank and they also approved the loan with the Duplicate Document.
No Patta For the Propoerty
And the house was not Properly handoverd & with out Finishing he had handover the Building.
where can i approch for compliant on this case
