I ve booked a 3 BHK flat in shreya developwell in Nov 2007 with the promise from the company that the possession of the flat will be given in 30 months. but after 5 yrs the construction of the tower has even started. i ve already paid Rs 1104000/- since may 2008. request advise legal actions to take back the money with interest
