I would like to introduce myself as Gagan Deep Soni.
I am working as an engineer in ABB Vadodara.
I have purchased a motorcycle on 16th June 2011 (Bajaj Discover 100cc) from East Africa Motors Vadodara.
Its more than 1 year but I have not recieved my RC Book.
In this span of time i have changed my residence(living on rented accomodation),the same situation is explained to the area postman.
When I have enquired in RTO office,I got a reply that they have already posted it and have not recieved it back.
When asked postman about this ,he replied that he has not recieved any post on my name.
I have already discussed this matter with my landlord(address mentioned while purchasing motorcycle),but she has also not recieved any post on my name.
Now I am confused what to do.
Please help.
