hello sir , i am sick of this reliance communication .. smart mobile service .. he always deduct random balance from my prepaid account ,, and when i call his customer care they didn’t respond ever . and talk like they cant give me my balance , but they deactivate the pack at the time … but I didn’t activate this type of pack like masti pack , boxoffice pack … they start aromatically and deduct the balance … please help me
