Hi, I created a online rakhi order on indin gifts portal to be delivered at my brother’s address in US. As per Indian gifts portal, it was to be delivered in 7 days. But its already been 15 days and the online rakhi order is not delivered yet. Now as raksha bandhan is gone Rakhi is useless. Kindly help me rectify the issue and get refund against my order amount.
