Dear sir,
i posted rakhi to my brother who lives in hyderabad through madhur couriers indore,hoping that it will get deleivered on time or atleast on janmashtami day 10th but it isnt delievered yet.and my brother couldnt recieve rakhi this year and this is really disappointing.i request you to kindly take action against these courier services so that next time this doesnt happen with any other brother sister.even after paying we are not getting rakhis delievered,and when they claim to be delievered after 48 hours.
thanks and plz take action ASAP.
