R2R Plan not activated in my sim

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Self Hussain Ameen from Bhopal(M.P).
i have purchased Reliance 3g sim 3 months back. no is 8305171010.
Afterwards, reliance gave me add on sim. no. is 9691883850.
And one of Your executive gave me plan of 200.oo rs per month. R2R Plan.
But due to some problem from your side,R2R plan is not activated on my sim. As a result i got
a bill amounting 2447.14. This is really disgusting. I have gone your Reliance Web World, as
well as Your Head office in Mansarovar Complex,but your executives have not given me proper
attention,nor they have suggested any right and proper way to get rid of this problem, iam
facing this problem just because of you people. I have taken the Reliance No. just coz i trust
the Name of Reliance, but unfortunately,instead of rendering better services,you guys have
provided me wid a big shock of Rs.2447.14.
This is my first and last correspondence wid you people,either you guys just correct your
mistake at your end.Or you people cooperate wid me,by unblocking my sim,which is blocked on
the very next day,when i received the bill,i.e on 05-07-2012.
And the due date of my bill is 23.07.2012. So you people have to take action on it,before the
due date,or else i will really not submit the Bill amount.
