Dear sir,
I am a subscriber of tata indicom mobile from two and half years back.I recharged with a tata voucher for an amount of rs 50 dated 20.06.2012,and the timing is 18.46pm but till the date of 22.06.2012 i never got my recharge coupon with a talk time.My mobile no. is 9250751131.Despite of calling to customer care a lot of time they never solve my queries and also not gave me the balance as i want.they told me that it is a technical problem but never tried to resolve my problem and either they used to put on hold my number or disconnect it.In these days,they never allow to me to call to customer care.i really feel harassed.It is the activity which is prejudicial to the interest of the customer.so plz take a necessary step against the tata indicom,so i could got my balance.
