Quality did not match the standards

I purchased azzaro belt through website www. Crazeal.com on 10 th August . The belt was supplied to me on 25th August. Now within 2 months the belt is not of good quality. It .cracked at multiple places on being barely used. The company( crazeal) on being contacted that they can’t help as its beyond 7 days of purchase. How can you guess whether the product is real and not the rejected price so soon. Please suggest a solution to it
