Location/place: Vaishali (Ghaziabad)
I purchased 3 movie Tickets on 2nd August for Jism 2 at PVR Mahagun Mall ( Vaishali, Sector-3, Ghazibad). During purchasing the Tickets, I repeatedly told them to book the tickets for 3rd August. But PVR provided me with Tickets for 2nd August (Timing: 7:25PM Show), For which i later went to exchange but they are unwilling to entertain me and exchange the tickets. The Tickets costs me 375 in total. Now after visiting the PVR again and again and calling them continuously, they now tell me that i wont be able to Get New Tickets. In fact, they told me that thye will be showing me the CCTV Footage when i purchased the tickets. But at this point of time, they have backed off their words and are not providing me with the Tickets. Please do tell me, what should I do?
