   i am a student of B.com 3rd Year, and i belong to a poor family. with i would like to report that i have been informed that i am one of the winner of the amount of Rs.3,50,00,000.00 in Chevrolet Promo Award held in U.K 2013. so, sir i want you to please confirm about this report, and let me know is it true or false.
   As because i have paid Rs. 24,500.00 INR as LOCAL Custom Duty, Custom Notarization Clearance Fee, after that the bank asked me to pay the Transfer Charge of Rs. 98,000.00 INR for issuing me Cost of transfer Charge, I paid Rs.1,10,000.00 INR after managing the amount on Interest basis, because they said i also have to pay Rs. 12,000.00 for Bank Fees or my account Charge.
   But now sir they are asking me to pay 1% of my winning amount i,e; Rs 3,50,000.00 INR as Residential tax, and after that i will be able to complete the transfer. when i asked them to deduct the necessary taxes from the winning amount, they says that they are not able to make the deduction from that amount.
   The chevrolet company has deposited the above mentioned amount of Rs.3,50,00,000.00 in my Name.
   The bank has also provide me the Online login- Username and Password to get access into my account. i have checked it and have seen my winning amount, but i am not able to transfer the amount in my account of Indian Bank.
   So Sir, please reply me as soon as possible. what should i do now sir?

For this a mail came to me as a guarantee letter by RBI [RESERVED BANK OF INDIA] that i have to pay no amount after this.But by that time i came to know that i was been cheated.I complained to police but nothing happened .He still called me several time for the payment but i refused to pay .So sir now what shall i do . They are unable to punish the culprits . The matter is still pending Their names are Annan Peter, UK, Mr.Coliln . Total amount is around 30 lakhs and above
