I bought some products from purplle.com on 25th February,2014 through credit card. I got a mail from their customer section that my bought products are partially delivered on 1st May. I got that product after 5 or 6 days. Then I waited for remaining products. On 24th May, I got a mail from their customer care having body

refund procedure also has been initiated, following are the details:-
Amount: Rs 430.00
Transaction ID:59916898
The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7 working days.”
Till today, 16th June,2014 I did not get my refund reflected back on Purplle account!!
