sir, i purchased a recharge coupon on 24/08/2012 of rs. 49 from crazeal.com which assured me a recharge worth rs. 100 but when i tried to use the coupon at freecharge.com the error message said that it was already a use one. it has been 4 days i am contacting the customer care and always they give an excuse of 48 hours. the coupon is valid just for 7 days and 4 days are already over. please look into the matter.
