I had bought a MICROMAX fun book from “The Mobile Store” on 30.06.2012 it stopped working after 10 days from the day I purchased. I had asked for the problem to The Mobile Store dealer but they are so irresponsible & not ready to give any solution for the problem & give rudely answer. I have sent it to the service center (Shree Khimji Mobile Communication) on 17.07.2012 and there is no reply from them till now. It’s been around 25 days I submitted the device in service center…it has mother board problem and it should be replaced… I even called the micromax support in Delhi. They are too irresponsible… they even don’t know when the spare will get ready…. I spent 6500 INR on the product and it is useless.
I hope with this complain i got positive solution & teach lesson to company who cheated to customer.
