This complain is regarding the customer service received by LG(Azure Systems)GZB.I purchased the LG handset 5 months back this month(july) my handset started creating problem like hanging and problem in receving calls i went to to azure customer care and explained my problem they said that they will rectify the problem they took my handset and replaced the receiver (on of the part of my handset) when i used it there still the problem their in handset that the voice clearity was not their i said kindly replace the handset,they denied and said that the lg have the policy to replace the handset only within 4 days from the date of purchasing they shouted on me and were sound very unfrofessional they kept my handset provide me a service handset which is second hand but they signed off me on their paper for new handet pricing ..//kindly look into the matter shall be very thankful to you Varun Tomar (9958892853)
