sir/madam,
I lost my headphones of nokia lumia 710 and the accessories are not available by nokia after the launch of there product lumia 710 so, i contacted nokia helpline care for the same and they told my problem. They told me to purchase wh-205 headsets but they are not compatible and after contacting nokia customer care i found that wh-208 are compatible with my mobile.
At the time of purchase i conformed thrice if those headsets were compatible or not.
Now after contacting them 12th time they are telling me that no action can be taken on purchase of wrong headsets.
They refused to refund or change my headsets with wh-208.
It is my humble request to see this complaint and respond.
