not providing service as per package terms & condition

I am having a Tata sky DTH connection with subscriber ID 1046859003 since May 2010. I have subscribed for a package named Annual Mega SD on 15 Jun 2014 with package validity up to 14 Jun 2015. According to terms and conditions all service should be provided free of cost within 24 hours of complain. I have lodged a complain for no signal on 20 Oct 2014 but no service has been provided till date i.e. 28 Oct 14. Since last 5 days, I am calling everyday to their help line and every time getting answer that service will be provided within next 24 hours, but no body attended. I want to stop subscribing to Tata sky and the amount I have paid for the package as well as set top box may be returned back. So that I can change to some other network.
