Provident fund not received

Hi,

my name is kavitha singh k.from Bangalore.
My concern is i have applied for PF.
for more than 3 yrs i worked for company called andromeda marketing service i joined that company in 2008 and quit in 2011 .in 2011 Oct month i applied .till nw i have not received any amount nor acknowledgment.regarding this tried contacting admin of that company Mr.Darshan.instead of helping me out in this issue.when i call he sound very rude and don’t answer call.
Many times i asked him to provide me acknowledgment.every time he says he have not received from PF company and many other reasons he gives and fooling.
Please help me .i,m asking which is mine
