Provide Wrong Information

I am customer of AIRTEL DTH since last four years. At July 09- 2012, I have talked with customer care officer named Samrat Roy of AIRTEL DTH regarding some issues in my DTH services. He told me that from July 10-2012, AIRTEL was changing the current existing plans and a new plan would be replacing it. As I have TEN sports as a life time free channel in current plan so I asked him that whether this will change or remain (TEN sports would continue as a life time free channel). He told me that this would remain same and also you could choose one more life time free channel. So I told him one more choice of free channel and also to upgrade my plan also.
But when the plan was upgraded, I found that TEN sport was not there. So I talked again at customer care of AIRTEL, now they are saying that it is not possible to provide you TEN Sport free again. This is a case of direct fraud me.
It is my kind request to you to please help me in this issue.
