Property Insurance at the time of Loan

Name of company/service: Reliance Consumers Ltd & Bharti Axa Gen.Insurance Co.Ltd

I have taken a property loan from RCL in May,2010.At the time of disbursement RCL collected amount of insurance from me towards on time / life time property insurance and accordingly recd. a policy from Bharti Axa Ge.Ins.Co.Ltd. But after expiry of One year from Loan Bharti Axa is following up with me for annual renewal of policy and thwartening that the policy will get cancelled. Pls. guide me , what & how to take a step to resolve this and get the proper documentry confirmation in writing from both. Want to safeguard my interest.
