I availed myself of services of M/s. Professional Relocation Services, Jaipur for packing, loading, transporting , unloading and unpacking my House hold goods from Bhilwara to Kolkata. I paid full amount in advance. In spite of contracting for dedicated transport,PRS clubbed my household items with Heavy Engg items and there were severe damages to my items. Delivery was delayed by seven more days. In spite of collecting insurance premium PRS has not taken insurance for items and refusing to pay any compensation. Very unprofessional, worst service and full of lies.
