Product still not delivered

Hi,
I ordered 2 products from healthkart.com. The minimum dispatch time is 4 days but till date they haven’t even dispatched the product. I called up the customer care and she said it would be dispatched in 2-3 days. So its like,I would receive the product after 6-7 days now.Its almost 11 days and i think it would be 20 days in all.
Worst shipping and customer care ever.
