I had purchased 2 vox cordless MP3 players online through D2H shop online on dated. 01.06.2012 and same date paid Rs. 1398 through My PNB ATM debit card vide their order no. 500010311. after 5 days of placed my order i have received a call from D2H customer support that I will receive my order within 4 working days. But now 12 day has been passed and i have got nothing. When I trace my order on D2H site and get the information that the order has been sent through FIRST FLIGHT courier under awb no. ZD6150972 on dated. 09.06.2012, but when i trace this order with FIRST FLIGHT courier they said that it is wrong Air Way Bill no. and no shipment has been booked under this Air Way bill.
Now even of frequent reminders through e-mail to customer care of D2H, I am not getting any favorable response from them.
I deeply disappointed to Deal with D2H. Now i am very frustrate with the situation. When i call to D2H customer support 0120-4019113 no one reply me, please let me know what I do for take my order for which i have already paid. Please call me on my cell no. 9720870857
