Hello Sir/Madam, I had a complaint against Homeshop18 , i have ordered a Samsung Galaxy tablet 2 310 on 12th of July 2012 on website they have written that order will be delivered within 7-8 working days. And they have not delivered it on time and they don’t bother to update me regarding the same . On 21st of July I had raised my first complaint and since I had put many complaints to costumer care but they keep lying to me and not resolving my problem. They had committed to me several times that they will deliver my product within 3-4 days but they can’t keep their words. All the executive and floor manager are lying to me when i call up them. They are Humiliating me since 21st of July. Please resolve my problem. Thanks .. With warm regads Gaurav
