i have placed an order at “Timtara.com” on 22/03/2012 for purchase of Inalsa Food Processor worth rs.4145/- vide their order no.10220930 and made complete payment through HDFC Bank Credit Card. But after 5 months and many mails/complaints i have not received my ordered product within this they have cancelled my order on 05/05/2012and informed me that my money will be refunded to me within 7-8 days. After that they have not replied my mails and the phone no.0135-3051500 is not responding to my calls and till now i have not received my money back. Please help me getting my money back. the status of my order on site is still refund pending. please help me.
