I have a booked TV from Naaptol.com. But they were unable to deliver product on time citing reasons improper shipping address which was untrue. my order details are as under:
Orderno Order No- 4146927
Prodct booked on 7 june 2012.
Now after persistant delay i have got order cancelled. subsequent to request i had recd. an email comfirming cancllation stating 3-5 days would be the time can be taken in refunding the money. this was cancelled on 18th june 2012.
Today when i called up again thir representative were saying it will take 21- days in sending the payment back to my account.
with this mail i am seeking your help. Kindly redress my issue.
