I ordered a Canon ixus 220 HS digital camera from Timatara.com on 29th February 2012. My order no is 10204183 It cost me Rs 8665. and was supposed to be delivered within 10-12 working days. I made online payment . But, they did not deliver it for 2 months. After 2 months they said that product is out of stock we will refund your money within 4-5 working days. I waited for more than one month but they didn’t. When I call them their executive say he is escalating the request and their BACKEND will refund money within 5-6 working days. But it never happened. I call them every alternate day, they give me same answer. I am very much frustrated now. When I ask him to connect me to backend or his supervisor he puts me on hold for 10 min and call gets dropped
