   Hi Team ,
   I have placed an order bearing sl no 10281444 & Transaction id
   :-10124460 dated 30-June-12 on Timtara.com. I have paid the money
   online in full (Rs 5750/-). But till now Timtara has not delivered the
   material. They have committed to deliver the material within 15
   working days failing which I can cancel the order and take refund,
   provided shipment has not taken place.
   Their Customer Care executives rarely pick up the phone and when they
   do, they provide wrong information.
   It would be nice if anyone can help me out how to get the my product.
