I have purchased a shoe cabinet online from www.housefull.co.in on 8th July 2012. My order no. is 1340 & I have paid Rs.1690/- from my bank account via debit card.
Despite sending 15 e-mails, 24-25 messages, calling more than 50 times I have not got the delivery of my order. Nobody from the company is responding to me. I have not received a single mail in reply to my inquiry so far, other than the receipt of my order. Their staff is very arrogant. The names of the senior officials are not mentioned in their website. So I am unable to tap any top authority even if I wish. This is a total mental harassment. I am so much bugged so far that I don’t wish to have this product in my home. Please guide me to sue this company to get the refund of my payment along with the compensation for the mental harassment & the expenses I made towards e-mails, messages & calls etc.
