Name of company/service: Blackberry
I bought a Blackberry curve 8520 on 17/04/12 and after a few days I faced problems in charging it and also it won’t give proper battery backup and also it’s cursor did not work properly.
I went to their authorized service center
where they changed the software saying that it will work fine.
Eventually, I lost my important data and the phone still has the same problems.
I again went to the service center and they told me the same story and suggested me to change the software again, which I denied.
I’m facing a lot of problems because of this as it’s hampering my work badly.
Please help me.
