problem with service

sir,
i bought an onida lcd television(ONIDA DIAMOND BLUE 32″) on 01/03/2010. i got the warranty of 1 year. my television failed during the warraanty period and company had it fixed within 1 month.
after the passage of warranty period , i got my television insured(a.m.c) on 21/05/2011 from ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. 163 ranjit nagar near bus stand jalandhar city.
after 1 month of availing of a.m.c my television stopped working with same problem. they got my lcd repaired after 1 month. once again , my lcd broke down with similar problem and i lodged a complaint on 07/05/2012. the complaint no. was 12051086380306. the concerned mechanic came and repaired and got the signature of approval. as he went , the lcd got switched off within 5 mins and was unable to reboot. we called the same mechanic and he assured to return tommorrow but he did not come. we again, filed the complaint in chandigarh office on 16/05/2012 under complaint no. 12051086381079.next day, their mechanic, joginder came and repaired the lcd and got approval ,but aftr his departure, the lcd stooped with similar problem.
Now, whenever we inform them, they come up with same excuse of unavailability of required spare parts.but on 15th of same month, we went to their service centre at ranjit nagar and they assured us that our lcd will be put to right condition by tommorrow but nobody turned up since then. when we call their main head office at chandigarh they refused to have any concerned complaint.

we are very much unsatisfied wich the services provided by the company as they imbalances our entertainment.so kindly look into the matter as soon as possible
