Name of company/service: Microtek
I bought a Microtek UPS for my computer on 13/01/12.
Whenever the current fluctuates or goes away, it shuts down the computer immediately and then again switches it on.
Due to this my computer is at high risk of crashing down any time.
I complained about it and a guy from Microtek came to check it and eventually said that he has fixed it.
However, it’s still not fixed and it does the same all the time.
It hampers my work a lot and I’m always under a risk of losing my data or crashing my computer.
Now they don’t even bother to come and check it because as per them it’s working fine.
Please help me.
