Problem with money refund regarding cancelled service & misssbehaved with ladies passenger’s

we are mently & physically harress by the service provided by traveller’s inn tour & operator & organizations address kalidasa marg 1st main road gandhinagar bangalore m-9880116766.we have booked a otty kodikanar-maysor tour with this agency on date 18-6-2012 to 23-6-2012
when we started our journey with the bus n ticket provided by them.12-14 fully drunk boys are there in that bus.they were missbehaving and abusing so badly with our female passenger. and when we are compaling about taht then they people are telling that it is not our responciblity . even bus driver and conductor are also not helpling us. and in between the highway they stopped the bus at 111 o’clock in the night .and when we are asking them to cancel or makw some arrangement’s so that we can continue our journey or either canceling our trip.they are also misbehaving and abusing like do whatever you want to do or complains wherever you want to complain against us we are local from Karnataka. you cant do nothing with us.even they are abusing us like you have to bear this as you are in our state and we will not refund anything. they are behaving like there is no government rules and regulation for ladies security in Karnataka. this total event is really unforgettable for us as we all are Indian and we have our rights.but in this case only the issue is state issue as given by the travel agency.as our human rights i m aspProblem with money refund regarding cancelled service excepting some +ve result. i m enclosing all the details of my tickets and reservation and the concern person name who misbehavior with on behalf of company.

    As per our Company Rules & Regulation which is printed in Package Voucher is as Fallows.
    NOTE :
    1. Above booking is on a no Cancellation, non-refundable & non-transferable basis.
    Rules & Regulations :
    We Traveller`s Inn are tour organisors, we don’t run any Bus, Air, Shopping or Hotel & don’t have any control over it. We take over all efforts to ensure that your stay and travel during tour would be comfortable & according to the schedule. However in case of any delay or changes which are beyond our control. Company is not at all responsible for illness, accident, death, theft & any similar injury to the passenger.

    Cancellation: In case tourist wishes to cancel the tour, he/she should intimate to the company with the original receipts. Company will deduct cancellation charges on total cost as mentioned below and return the balance amount by cheque.
    * 75% refund on cancellation before 72 hours prior to the time of Departure.
    * 50% refund on cancellation before 24 hours prior to the time of Departure.
    * No Refund No Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the time of Departure.
    * We are not responsible for any theft or loss of luggage.
    * Hotel can be changed subject to availability.
    * Do not carry contraband items.
    In your Case you spoke to me when you boarded the bus & told me that some passenger were drunk so we immediately spoke to driver n conductor of the bus from your mobile itself to make sure you are safe.But you got down of the bus around 09:30 pm from the bus near Wilson Garden & told us to arrange for alternative.we told you their was another bus at 10:00 pm same day but you told you cannot travel & you cancelled the trip.Please dont Misguide & mislead anybody as we did not spoke anything bad or Misbehaved or absued with you badly.pls first check our rules & regulations.
