problem related to my air conditioner

respected sir,
i have purchased onida a/c on 25th february 2009
sir my a/c’s compressor did not work from 6 july 2012 and register my complanint on 7 july 2012
they responsed me on 9 july 2012 and unable to solve my problems..

sir they are trying to exchange my compressor by another unbranded a/c
and did not co-operate with me.
