Problem regarding unnecessary deduction of my mobile main balance

Since 16th February I am calling Aircel customer care and it’s continuously repeating that the line is busy and they are disconnecting the call.Today 19 th February I have called from a different number and my call was connected on that phone on speaking with them they said that I have used my mobile network , although I don’t use mobile network from that network service .And nowadays as you know it’s already selected in settings for usage of mobile network. I am being continuously harassed by them and had to waste my valuable time.Whenever I called them they said there is a problem regarding the system update and I need to call them after 2 hours and the 2 hours for them is like 2-3days. I am not satisfied by there behavior and services this has led me to lot of harassment. This may also lead me to leave there services.
